I am Cheryl Williams and I founded CWVA in May of 2021. I’ve held executive assistant & senior legal secretary positions & was always considered the “go-to” person amongst my peers.

I worked mainly in the legal field but also gained international experience at a London-based offshore investment company, as well as service at a paediatric hospital, within the Western Cape Department of Health.

My many years of knowledge, skills & experience gained, along with effective ways of managing various personalities & needs, have given me the foundation to start my own business, which offers admin support to business owners.

I am currently servicing various attorneys specializing in family, sports, entertainment & corporate law.

Another specialised service is that of financial planning admin, where I take care of tasks relating to client liaison & management, CRM management, Financial Needs Analysis prep, FICA & FAIS maintenance, amongst others.

I also assist with project management for a talent programme (based in Cape Town) that provides students with the necessary tools, training and knowledge for work readiness within the financial sector.

I am a wife, with an amazing support system in the form of my hubby and I am also a Mom of a 10-year-old girl and I have 2 fur babies. I am very passionate and proud about my work. I always give more than what is expected of me. I learn and master whatever I’m not familiar with, I am always there to help others, which is how my Virtual Assistant business was born.

To shortly sum up my work ethic: I ensure that every client I serve in my capacity as Business Owner and Virtual Assistant will always receive top quality work and results from my services. Your business is just as crucial to me as to you.
